Matt and Anna's outdoor Wedding, Essex

When the couple asks you to shoot an outdoor wedding that will take place in the beautiful Essex country side  you can’t say no!  The romance of the rolling green fields and birds singing in the air is without a shadow of a doubt a big attraction. It’s just the weather that you have to pray for!

Matt and Anna said Yes twice on their big day as there were two ceremonies. The first one was at the registry office, where the couple made a grand entrance on an amazing Harley Davidson. The second one was set in the middle of the paddock at Anna’s parents house. The dogs, chickens and donkeys were all taking part in the celebrations too.

A day in England wouldn’t be the same without a little rain.  There was a small shower here and there but the couple didn't seem to be bothered with it at all! Who would worry about a little sprinkle when you are marrying the love of your life and The Beatles song "Here comes the sun" is playing.

Anna was probably one of the most adventurous Brides that I have photographed to date.  She decided to scrap the idea of a wedding dress and went for a super cool white jumpsuit. What??? The Bride in a jumpsuit, you might ask?  Anna looked absolutely stunning. Tall with a great figure, long blond hair and a radiant smile through out the day!

It was beautiful sunshine from then on and the guests could enjoy the drinks reception outside in the picturesque garden.  The wedding feast followed swiftly after. The guests could enjoy spectacular paella cooked in huge pans that tasted as good as it smelt! Speeches followed and then it was time to hit the dance floor and throw some shapes around.

There is only one thing for me to say- congratulations Matt and Anna! I truly enjoyed photographing your outdoor wedding.
