London Pre-wedding session

I got up early today to  catch a train to the Big Smoke, where I was shooting Adam and Natalia's London engagement session.  The couple got engaged a while ago. However, as they live very busy lifes filled with work and marathon training, they haven't got round to commemorate this fabulously amazing time in their life yet! Today it was all meant to change!

When it came to choosing a location for our London engagement session, Adam and Natalia said they are city folks hence they would feel most comfortable somewhere they know best. As the couple live on the Isle of Dogs, we thought Canary Wharf would be a perfect location for our shoot.

I was very excited for this London engagement session. Canary Wharf is a stunning location for a pre-wedding shoots and engagement sessions. With its modern architecture, cool shapes and reflections you can create something different and unique.  I must also add that London is one of my favourite cities to shoot.  You can find a picture opportunity behind every single corner! I would love to shoot more there, so any newly engaged Londoners, I am waiting for you to drop me a line!:)

We arranged to meet up early morning to catch a sunrise at Canary Wharf. Adam and Natalia were very accommodating and as they said themselves, they were happy to sacrifice their sleep for art! However...Ophelia had different plans. When I say Ophelia, I mean storm Ophelia with it's winds blowing at 100 km/h. We didn't get a sunrise, we had some rain, some sun and most definitely we had a decent amount of wind that we incorporated into the pictures:)
